Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel:
- Email us at support@therhyno.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9425609545 with your order number, or
- Use the "Cancel Order" option in your profile/order history list, if available.
Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to Delhivery for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, you may:
- Refuse delivery at your doorstep, after which the item will be returned to us as an RTO (Return to Origin) and a refund will be processed once we receive it back in original condition, minus any applicable shipping charges, or
- Accept delivery and initiate a return within 4 days as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation by RHYNO
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in cases such as:
- Product unavailability or stock-out after order placement
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Serviceability issues in the delivery pin code
In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Timelines
All refunds under this policy are credited to the original payment method since RHYNO operates on a prepaid-only basis. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
