Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At RHYNO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and exchanges work.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests raised after 4 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume/deodorant), or signs of alteration
  • Accompanied by the original invoice/order confirmation

Products that are visibly used, damaged due to misuse, or missing tags/packaging will not qualify for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/liquidation sales
  • Products purchased under BOGO or free-gift promotions where the free item is not returnable
  • Customized or made-to-order products

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@therhyno.com or reach out on WhatsApp at 9425609545 within 4 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return process — either a reverse pickup (via Delhivery, where serviceable) or self-ship instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags intact.
  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, you will need to self-ship the item to our warehouse address (shared at the time of return approval). Self-shipping costs are reimbursed via store credit only when the request is for an exchange/replacement; self-shipping costs for a return (refund) are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

5. Reverse Pickup

  • Where serviceable, Delhivery will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours of your return request being approved, with up to 2–3 pickup attempts.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability in your area. If unavailable, self-shipping instructions will be provided.

6. Quality Check

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check within 2–4 business days. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the item clears this check.

7. Refunds

  • Since all RHYNO orders are prepaid, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (card/UPI/net banking) within 5–7 business days after the quality check is completed.
  • Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong/defective item).
  • Refunds for orders placed with a discount code will reflect the discounted amount actually paid, not the original MRP.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to size/color availability at the time of request.
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per item.

9. Cancellations

10. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery at support@therhyno.com with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, once verified.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

11. Right to Modify

RHYNO reserves the right to update or modify this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order placement will apply.
