Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RHYNO, we partner with Delhivery, one of India's largest logistics networks, to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
1. Serviceability
- We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by Delhivery.
- At checkout, please enter your correct pin code to confirm serviceability before placing your order. If your area is non-serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and handed over to Delhivery within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders placed during sales or promotional periods may experience slightly longer processing times.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your Delhivery tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Delhivery and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, regional disruptions, courier network delays, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it:
- Via the tracking link sent to your email/SMS
- Directly on Delhivery's tracking page: https://www.delhivery.com using your AWB/tracking number
- Through your RHYNO account order history page
6. Payment Mode
All orders on RHYNO are prepaid only. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
7. Delayed, Lost, or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Support@therhyno.com with your order number, and we will investigate with Delhivery on your behalf.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, Delhivery will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us (RTO). In such cases, you may be liable for reshipment charges, if applicable.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion, once confirmed by Delhivery.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears tampered, damaged, or opened, we recommend recording an unboxing video and refusing the delivery, or reporting it to us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@therhyno.com along with photos/video evidence.
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. RHYNO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
